DTCBears (Dave C.) is a ‘relatively’ new cacher but already has a wealth of geocaching experience. I recently had some communication with him but had the wonderful opportunity to meet him in person last weekend at an event. So I asked him a few questions in an effort to get to know him better and introduce him to our IGO community.

I know, this doesn't look any different than the old IGO...but it's all new under-the-hood. You are now on a new, upgraded, faster and more robust server! Can you tell?

COTM Pathtag Winner Announced!!

We had several OUTSTANDING tag design entries submitted for the committee to vote on.
It was not an easy decision as all of the submissions were fabulous!! In the end, the winning tag was this design submitted by Team Schnauzer!!
This tag is now in production and will be awarded to the COTM winner as well as the nominator of the COTM winner, starting in January 2013.
A huge thanks to all the cachers that took the time to submit a design for this contest!!

We added a new feature to this web site over the weekend of March 20-21...it's an FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page. Not much there yet but it will build over time. The page is currently setup to support questions/answers about toics including:
